"We don't focus on calorie counting or portion control. We focus on training your body to eat and crave the foods that it was designed to eat," says Michelle Ross, the owner EWT. She adds that most participants will define success as losing weight, or toning and firming their physiques - or both.

Designated charities will receive a minimum of 10% of the purchases generated through a designated link at http://www.realfoodforrealresults.com/p/real-results-for-cause.html. These charities have an opportunity to boost the donation to 20% by achieving a certain number of downloads through the organization's link on the REAL Results for a Cause page.

To kick off participation in this new program, EWT is hosting a REAL Weight Loss Summer Challenge. Participants who download the 35-Day Meal Plan and enter the challenge have a chance to win up to $500 based on before and after photos and details of the REAL Results they achieve. Complete contest rules and guidelines are available athttp://www.realfoodforrealresults.com/p/250000-lb-summer-weight-loss-challenge.html. The deadline to enter the Summer Challenge is midnight on June 20, 2011.
